I joined RM Results last year. I worked for a customer of RM previously and was impressed with RM’s business model and the level of customer service. I had several interactions with various people within RM before I joined and felt that it was a business I would like to be a part of. They are constantly innovative and are always striving to take their customer service to a new level.
I work within RM Results on the e-marking side of the business. I am currently the Service Delivery Manager for a key customer working on a product called Connect Plus. My role involves delivering the contract and ensuring high levels of service. We are constantly developing our technology and so my role is always changing.
When I joined, the system wasn’t cloud based and a few months ago we moved over to it being completely cloud based. The whole journey has been challenging but exciting. We are now working on a new version to further improve the technology which will go live over the next couple of months.
I love my role because it is so varied, no two days are the same. In my role I have to work closely with the customers but also with other teams internally to ensure that the client receives the service they require. My role involves building relationships, constant communication and ensuring all teams involved are kept up to date with client requirements. I enjoy working with the client, understanding their vision for the future and working to translate that into something RM can deliver. I see my role as working as a partner to their business.
I have never worked in a business where people are so obliging with their time. You feel completely supported and part of a team and if something does go wrong, it’s not just your problem. That level of support and service translates externally and enables me to give the client a sense of security and a level of service that is rare.
At RM you are really listened to by the senior leadership, it’s a very inclusive environment.
I feel in privileged in this role, I get to make a contribution to people’s lives, it’s worth getting up for every day and makes me proud to work for RM.
