It feels like yesterday that I joined TTS, when it has in fact been almost 10 years! This is largely because it is such as special place to work; you trip over energy, passion and smiley people every day – I’m always amazed at how many great people we can cram into this little corner of Nottinghamshire.

Prior to working at TTS I worked as manufacturing manager for our parent company RM Group. My first encounter with TTS was supporting its acquisition by RM. Although it was only a small snapshot of the business I knew it was somewhere that had potential, and felt exciting. Twelve months later I moved to Nottinghamshire to start the next chapter of my career with TTS!

My overall responsibility is end to end supply chain, ensuring that operationally we deliver the best customer experience. The areas which fall under the operations function are Customer Experience (UK & International), Purchasing (Including Quality, NPD/E-NPD and Forecasting) Distribution and Business Systems & Improvement.

My favourite things about working at TTS range from seeing individuals and products develop to their full potential, through to the constant challenge to improve what we do every day. I couldn’t pick a favourite product though, it’s just too difficult. It’s more the concept of new products. Creating something from nothing, and doing it 400 times every year, year in, year out, is just unique.

Outside of work I really enjoy cooking for family and friends. Cycling and just being in the outdoors are always competing for my spare time too.
