I joined RM almost a year ago. I was recruited to work on our Customer Service team being the first point of contact for customers mainly helping them with placing orders to chasing orders, and answering any queries they have
Since then my duties have become more varied and widened because of my work ethic and customer approach, leading me to being involved with some pivotal behind the scenes tasks. I like to pride myself on being open to any new task that is thrown my way and challenge myself to receive any opportunity I can. Talking to different customers all over the country every day never makes my job boring and I am grateful to be in such a role.
We are all regularly given support, so we always know our guidelines and what is acceptable both working within the centre as well as communicating with customers. We aim to remain one big work family by keeping that contact both through weekly meetings and via group chats to discuss our day with each other.
