I chose RM as I knew it was big in the supplying of education to kids all around the world. When asking others about the company I learnt it was a great place to work, with great people. RM is a special place, as it cares a lot about all staff at all levels and wants to help grow and develop everyone. It is also a special place as the people are amazing and support each other no questions asked. 

I started with RM(TTS) in January 2018, as an agency employee, after 4 months I was approached by my manager with an opportunity to move departments to goods ins and I would then learn the VNA and earn a licence from this. This was an opportunity for me to learn all of goods in and learning how to operate 2 more vehicles (LLOP and Counterbalance).  

After around year of being in goods in, there was a vacancy for a secondment team leader running goods in. I applied for this and was successful, which then led to me being on secondment for around 8 months. After my secondment, I was taken on asfull time as a team leader. After this I then carried on running goods in at Sherwood for another year. I was then moved over to Harrier Park where I continued being a team leader. 

My favourite moments of RM are meeting and working with a lot of an amazing people, some of which have supported and helped in my development, and I have in theirs. Also, my favourite moment to date would be being given the opportunity to run night shift, as I felt a sense of achievement and pride in running my own shift and having the responsibility to meet targets and deadlines.
